Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting sustainably crafted, handmade products. Because our heavy-weight flannel un-paper towels are meticulously cut, serged, and finished by hand in small batches, our return guidelines are structured to protect the sanitary nature of household cleaning tools while providing a transparent experience for our community.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date your package was delivered. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unused, completely free of household odors, cooking stains, or pet hair, and wrapped securely in their original packaging band.

  • Hygiene Note: Due to the sanitary nature of kitchen and household cleaning textiles, we strictly cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any towels that have been used, washed, or separated from their structural bundle packaging.

2. Return Shipping Fees

As an independent, artisan boutique, we are unable to absorb the cost of return shipping labels for buyer's remorse or accidental pattern changes. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend utilizing a tracked shipping tier (such as USPS Ground Advantage), as we cannot issue refunds for packages that are lost or tracking-deficient during transit back to our studio.

3. The Wash Exception (Natural Variations)

Please note that our 170 GSM 100% cotton flannel behaves like a natural fiber. It is intentionally engineered to open up, texturize, and shrink fractionally after its first run through a washing machine—this is a normal and necessary requirement to unlock maximum absorbency. Because these variations are an organic trait of raw cotton textiles, washed towels are completely exempt from our refund framework.

4. Damages, Defective Edges, & Order Errors

We hold our workmanship to the highest standard. Every overlock serged seam is individually inspected before shipment. However, if we made an error or if you receive a bundle with a defective structural stitch, we will correct it immediately.

Please contact us at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect. We will issue a complimentary pre-paid return label and dispatch a replacement bundle or process a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Processing Time for Refunds

Once your return bundle arrives back at our studio, it will be thoroughly inspected for compliance with our condition guidelines. Approved returns will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
